As an entrepreneur for over 30 years, Jose Berlanga, has harnessed invaluable strategic acumen. In 1997 he co-founded Tricon Homes, a residential construction and design company, who pioneered the revitalization of many of Houston’s inner-city neighborhoods and laid the groundwork for what have ultimately become some of the most sought-after areas to live. As CEO, he negotiated land acquisitions, was responsible for the building of over 2,000 new homes and generated in excess of $500 million in revenue. Jose’s discipline and methodical approach to creating customized strategies allows him to maximize the potential of each project.
Jose M. Berlanga, is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, with degrees in Economics and Business Administration. His passion for business and life in general, allow him to inspire and motivate his team providing support, advice and facilitating an environment of excellence based on a strong work ethic.
